1. Acceptance of these Terms
AutoPilot Audit (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is operated by SineThamsanqa Business Solutions. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. What the Platform Does
AutoPilot Audit guides you through a business assessment and generates an Automation Opportunity Report using a combination of deterministic calculations and AI-based analysis. The report is intended to help you identify potentially inefficient processes and automation opportunities for your own further evaluation.
3. Accounts
You need an account (email and password) to use the Platform. Accounts are activated immediately on signup. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You may reset your password at any time from your profile.
4. Plans, Pricing & Billing
The Platform is offered on a Free plan and paid plans (currently Starter, Growth, and Scale), each with its own assessment quota and minimum wait time between assessments, as described on our pricing page. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change from time to time. Plan upgrade or downgrade requests submitted from your profile are reviewed and confirmed before taking effect — submitting a request does not itself constitute a binding change or a payment obligation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or to the Platform’s infrastructure;
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Platform without our written permission;
- Submit information you don’t have the right to share, or knowingly false business data.
6. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer
Your Automation Opportunity Report combines figures calculated directly from the answers you provide with qualitative analysis and recommendations generated by a third-party AI model. While we instruct the model to use conservative, evidence-based estimates, AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. Reports are provided for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional business advice. You should independently verify any figures or recommendations before making business decisions based on them.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of the business information you submit. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy, including sending relevant assessment data to a third-party AI provider to generate your report.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by SineThamsanqa Business Solutions. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that intellectual property to you. You may use your generated reports for your own internal business purposes, including sharing the PDF export with your team or advisors.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or pose a security risk. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us using the details below.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SineThamsanqa Business Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions made in reliance on a report generated by the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
